Rare Earth Ventures - Land Sales on Cape Breton Island
Rare Earth Venture Incorporated is a small land development company established in 1998 and based in Baddeck, Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. Company owners, Athol Grant and his wife Bernice, have lived and worked in Cape Breton for forty years.
Athol was employed as a land surveyor with the provincial government for 29 years and for the last 13 years has dedicated his time to Rare Earth Venture, combing the island and always on the lookout for that next picture perfect shoreline property or hidden getaway in the area’s vast wooded regions. Over the years, Athol has been involved in various land development and surveying projects and has gained an appreciation of the qualities his customers look for in a property and a place to build a home or cottage.
Athol and Bernice have a home/office at Beverly’s Hill Road in one of our developments on the Bras d’Or Lakes. We are interested in, talking about land, blueberries, curling, the ups and downs on the TSX, our new grand daughter, coffee at Bean There, or tea on our deck .
